Service Terms: Drone Video and Photography

1. Scope and definitions
These terms apply to all drone video and photography services we provide, and by paying for a booking the client accepts them.

  • Company ("we", "us"): Aldri OÜ (17066701), the service provider.

  • Client ("you"): the person or organisation that orders the service and pays for it.

  • Service: aerial and ground video and photo recording, including post-production, as described in the offer or booking confirmation.

  • Footage: all edited video and photo files produced for the client.

  • Recording day: the date, time and location agreed in the booking confirmation.

2. Booking and recording day
Every recording day is planned in advance together with the client.

  • Before payment we agree on the date, start time, location, type of footage and number of edited items, and confirm them in writing (email or message).

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the full amount has been received (see section 3).

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that we have access to the location and any necessary permission from the property owner or event organiser.

  • Any change to the agreed scope after confirmation may change the price and is made in writing only.

3. Pricing and payment
The fee must be paid in full in advance: 100% prepayment before the recording day.

  • The price is the one stated in our offer or booking confirmation, in euros and including VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is made by invoice or in the way stated in the offer.

  • The booking becomes active when the payment is received.

  • Additional services ordered later are agreed and paid for separately before the work is done.

4. Delivery of footage
The method of receiving the footage is agreed with the client before payment.

  • Common methods are a download link, a cloud folder or a physical storage device. The agreed method is confirmed by email.

  • The delivery time is stated in the offer. If no time is stated, we aim to deliver the footage within 3-5 working days after the recording day.

  • Footage counts as received on the day the client is sent the download link or the storage device is handed over.

  • The client should download the footage promptly and make a backup. Download links remain active for 14 days, after which we are not obliged to keep the files.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling
If the client cancels the booking less than 24 hours before the recording day, the service provider is entitled to retain 90% of the fee.

  • Notice must be given in writing (email or message) and is considered given from the moment we receive it.

  • Cancellation and rescheduling are possible no later than 24 hours before the recording day.

  • A client who does not show up at the agreed time or is not reachable is treated as having cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

  • Rescheduling to a new date is possible by agreement and depends on our availability. A rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the recording day is treated as a cancellation.

6. Weather, safety and legal conditions
Drone flights depend on weather, safety and airspace rules, so we may postpone or interrupt a flight when necessary.

  • We may postpone or interrupt the recording because of wind, rain, poor visibility, low temperature, restricted airspace, missing permits or danger to people, property or equipment.

  • Safety and legal compliance come first.

  • If we postpone the recording for these reasons, we offer a new date at no extra cost. If no suitable date can be agreed, we refund the fee for the part of the service not provided.

  • Section 5 does not apply to a postponement made by us for these reasons.

7. Refunds and disputes
If the client is not satisfied with the result and wants a refund, a dispute must be filed within 7 days of receiving the footage by writing to linnulennult.official@gmail.com.

  • The 7 days start from the day the footage is received (see section 4).

  • The dispute must state the client's name, the booking details, a description of the problem and, where possible, examples.

  • A dispute filed after the 7 days is not accepted, and the footage is considered approved.

  • The dispute is reviewed and we reply in writing within 1-3 working days. Depending on the case, we may offer a correction, a re-edit, a partial refund or a full refund.

  • A disagreement about artistic style or taste that matches what was agreed in the booking is not a defect.

8. Copyright and usage rights
We keep the copyright to all footage, and the client receives a right of use once the fee has been received in full.

  • The client may use the delivered footage for the purpose agreed in the booking, including on their own website and social media. Resale or transfer to third parties requires our written consent.

  • The client may not remove our credit or watermark where one has been agreed.

  • We have the right to use the footage in our portfolio, website and social media. If the client does not want this, they must tell us before the recording day.

  • Footage showing identifiable people is used by us only where this is lawful.

9. Privacy and marketing consent
We use the client's personal data only to provide the service, to process payments and to fulfil legal obligations.

  • We collect the data needed for the booking: name, contact details, billing details and the recording location.

  • We do not sell personal data. We share it only with partners needed to provide the service (for example payment and file-sharing services) or where the law requires it.

  • We ask for the client's separate consent to send marketing emails. Consent is voluntary, is not a condition of the booking, and is given by ticking an unticked box or by a clear reply of "yes".

  • The client can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by writing to linnulennult.official@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect services already ordered.

  • The client may ask at the same address for access to their personal data, or for its correction or deletion, where the law allows.

10. Liability and force majeure
Our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fee the client paid for the booking concerned.

  • We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or a missed event, to the extent the law allows.

  • We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as poor weather conditions, airspace closures, equipment failure despite due care, illness, accident, power or network outages, or acts of authorities.

  • In such cases we offer a new date or refund the unused part of the fee.

  • These terms do not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, or the client's rights under mandatory consumer protection rules.

11. Changes and contact
These terms take effect on 01.11.2026 and apply to all bookings made after that date.

  • We may update the terms. The version in force on the day of booking applies to that booking.

  • Questions, disputes and personal data requests: linnulennult.official@gmail.com.
